Jennifer Aniston sings Beatles tune in aid of children cancer hopsital

SHE is not known for her singing talents, but actress Jennifer Aniston certainly hits the right notes when it comes to a good cause.

The Friends actress heads up an all-star choir singing the Beatles classic Hey Jude in aid of cancer research for children.

The video also features the many patients at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital alongside the biggest names in Hollywood.

Actor Robin Hood makes a young patient giggle when he belts out the song and even Michael Jordon tunefully sings along.

Presenters Jimmy Kimmel and Ellen DeGeneres also feature on the track with Jon Hamm and Betty White making a star appearance.

Singers Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum guided the troop through the high and low notes to help raise funds for sick children.

They have linked up with families, friends and even staff members at the hospital in Memphis, Tennessee to make the video which has now gone viral.

Jennifer (43) sports a ‘#heystjude’ T-shirt which is free for those who make a donation of $35 or more on

In the clip she chimes in with the popular song before playfully pushing over St Jude board member Tony Thomas after he hit a bum note.

Robin Williams said that he was thrilled to be asked to be involved in the worthy cause.

“Goofing around with St. Jude patient Brennan and belting out this legendary song was a great new way for me to support the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,” he said.

Meanwhile NFL star Michael Strahan said that he was a huge supporter of the charitable organisation.

“If you have any love in your heart … if you have kids, want to have kids, if you were a kid – which is everybody – you should support St. Jude because the work they do really is amazing,” he said.
