Beatlemania Show opens at the Academy theatre

 

Beatlemania Revisited, the international touring show celebrating the Beatles' live performances, will open at the Academy theatre in Lindsay on Saturday, April 13.

The show features a talented European and North American cast portraying the Fab Four. Leading the cast as Paul McCartney is Yuri Pool, regarded as one of the best McCartney vocalist in the world, along with Mark Matthews as Ringo Starr, Rob Kay as George Harrison, and Colum Henry as John Lennon.The show will feature songs from every era of the group's career, beginning with their iconic debut on the Ed Sullivan show. Dressed in costume and performing with authentic instruments and equipment, the show will feature more than 30 songs including I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Ticket to Ride, Yesterday and Hey Jude.The interactive show is family oriented, historically accurate and there will also be a meet and greet with the cast after the show.
